1. What types of garments do you manufacture?

We specialize in fast-fashion and casual wear for women, men, and children. Our production covers woven, knit, and denim fabrics — including everyday basics, office staples, and evening wear.

2. Do you have your own factory?

Yes. L.S Atelier operates its own factory and showroom in Guangzhou, China. We manage production directly to ensure quality control and on-time delivery.

3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 80 pieces per style, which offers flexibility for both small-batch trials and larger production runs.

4. Can you help with sampling before bulk production?

Absolutely. We offer sampling in just 5–7 days, so you can quickly evaluate quality and fit before moving to mass production.

5. What is 3D digital sampling? How does it help?

We turn your sketches or design briefs into detailed 3D mockups for virtual fitting. This allows you to review proportions, details, and construction digitally — so you can perfect everything before we cut any fabric.

6. Do you inspect finished products?

Yes. Every order goes through 100% piece-by-piece quality inspection before shipment to ensure consistent standards.

7. Do I need to travel to China to work with you?

Not at all. While we welcome visits to our Guangzhou showroom, our entire process — from design communication to 3D previews and production updates — can be managed remotely with ease.

8. What types of fabrics do you work with?

We work across woven, knit, and denim fabrics, covering a wide range of weights and textures suitable for casual, office, and evening styles.

9. How do I start a project with you?

Simply send us your design ideas, reference images, or tech packs. We’ll reply with a proposal, sampling timeline, and cost estimate to get started.

10. Can you add my brand label or logo to the garments?

Yes. We fully support custom branding — including woven labels, printed tags, hang tags, and custom packaging — to help you present your collection under your own label.

11. What is your production lead time?

Once all details (fabric, fit, trim, and approval) are confirmed, production typically takes 20–30 working days. We’ll provide a clear schedule upfront and keep you updated throughout.

12. What shipping methods do you offer?

We can arrange shipment according to your preferences — via DHL, FedEx, or UPS for express delivery, or by air freight, sea freight, or rail for larger volumes. We'll help you choose the most cost-effective and timely option based on your destination and order size.
